Returning products

ATTENTION: A ironing fee of 30 lei is charged for corrugated pods. By placing a return, you take responsibility for returning the folded products as they were delivered to you, otherwise you will be notified of payment.

IS THE PRODUCT NOT EXACTLY AS YOU EXPECTED?

Don't worry, you can return the products received within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the package with any courier company.

Product return conditions:

  • Notify us by email within 24 hours of your intention to return one or more products;
  • The products must not show signs of wear, must not be damaged;
  • The products should not smell of perfume, conditioner, laundry detergent;
  • The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging, together with all the accessories related to the product and the tax invoice;
  • At the time of delivery to the transport company, the product together with the manufacturer's packaging must be properly packed, at least in another box or bag so that it does not get damaged during transport, so that it does not show signs of damage related to packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse and implicitly to send back to you any product that does not meet the return conditions.

Return procedure
Transport for returning products must be done by any courier company and the cost will be fully borne by the customer.

The refund is made exclusively through the bank account, the parcels that are sent to us in the refund system, are not received. The amount returned does not include the transport costs (if any).

The deadline for returning the money is 14 calendar days from the confirmation of receipt of the products.

Products that cannot be returned:
Customized products (made in different colors and textures than those presented standard on the website);

  • Products on final sale cannot be returned.

Exceptions
If a production error occurred on our part with a customized product, we undertake to replace or repair it.

Production mistakes refer to the use of a different color or type of leather compared to the customer's request (eg: blue was used instead of white, or medical suit customization was desired by embroidery and it was customized by screen printing).

Also, if you notice any manufacturing defects, send us an email notification of the problem, accompanied by photos, within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate the problem and decide together if it is a case of return.

Manufacturing defects refer to products received with: torn / cut / cracked / stained skin, torn/torn product.

The particularities of natural leather (ribs, characteristic marks and irregularities, small color differences) are not considered manufacturing defects. This shows the authenticity and quality of the skins from which our products are made.
