Site content and intellectual property rights
The entire site content, including the newsletter, is the property of Demoteks Medikal and falls under the law for the protection of copyright and of the laws regarding intellectual and industrial property.

If a User/Client believes that a content violates copyright or any other rights, he/she can contact Demoteks Medikal for details by e-mail, so that Demoteks Medikal can make an informed decision .

Users are prohibited from using for commercial use or contrary to the interests of Demoteks Medikal any material contained in the site - images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphic elements, emails, scripts, programs and other data - without the written consent of the company .

Products offered
The products sold on this site are new, authentic, manufactured in Turkey from textile materials approved in the medical field and from natural leather, they are accompanied by the fiscal invoice and the warranty certificate .

The images of the products on www.medicalwear.ro are in accordance with reality. We inform you, however, that the shades may be slightly different, depending on the characteristics of the display from which you access our website or the light and equipment used when photographing them. Also, regarding printed materials, the products may have slight differences, due to the fact that they are handmade.

Personalization
If you opt for the option to customize your product, please keep in mind that the choice of color or the combination of colors can have an influence on the 'image' of the chosen model. The colors shown on the website are available within the existing stock. Small imperfections or slight color variations are qualities of a fabric made and dyed directly in the factory of production of the finished product.

Please keep in mind that these products are made according to the configurations specified by you, so they cannot be exchanged or returned.

Pricing policy
Prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT.
Prices do not include delivery charges, if they apply.
Prices displayed on the website are the prices that apply at the time of purchase. These can be changed without prior notice, but these changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Rules regarding online payment
By completing the order, the customer agrees that all the data provided by him/her, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order.

By completing the order, the customer agrees that the Demoteks Medikal team can contact him/her, for the following purposes / situations, by any means available / agreed by Demoteks Medikal, in the following cases:

• In case of payment by bank card:
• non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the client's card;
• invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Demoteks Medikal;
• Validation of product availability and quantities purchased by the customer;
• Validation by the customer of the counter value of the order made, according to art. regulation, and including, depending on the situation, other value-added services (i.e. transport, etc.);
• Establishing by mutual agreement the details of product delivery.

Demoteks Medikal can automatically denounce the order made by the customer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages / interests from the other, in the following cases:

• In case of payment by bank card:
• non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the client's card;
• invalidation of the transaction by the card processor approved by Demoteks Medikal;
• the data provided by the client, on the website are incomplete or incorrect;
• the client's activity on the site can and/or cause damage of any kind on the part of Demoteks Medikal and/or its partners;
• without any justification.

The customer can cancel an order, when contacted according to the provisions of this regulation.

In case the customer cancels an order made with payment by bank card and in which the bank issuing the customer's card has authorized the bank transaction, in the sense of blocking in the customer's account the consideration for the products and services purchased by him, this amount will be unlocked by Demoteks Medikal within a maximum of 48 hours from the date on which Demoteks Medikal became aware of this fact.

In the event that some products ordered by the customer through an order made with payment by bank card are not available in stock, Demoteks Medikal will inform the customer of this fact and will order the unlocking of the counter value of these products in the customer's account, in if this amount has been blocked on the customer's card, within 48 hours at the most from the date on which Demoteks Medikal became aware of this fact.

If the customer has chosen the payment method by bank card, and the value of the ordered products/services has been blocked on her/his card, he has the right to change the content of her/his order, when contacted by Demoteks Medikal according to the regulation, within the limit of the value blocked on her/his card.

If a customer modifies her/his personal data, using the forms available on the website, all ongoing contracts existing at that time, keep the data defined/accepted by the customer before the moment of modification.

Product payment
On the www.medicalwear.ro website you can choose the following payment methods:

• Cash on delivery: The products will be delivered by fast courier and you will pay the value of the order when you receive the package.
• Payment by card: through the company specialized in online payments STRIPE

Attention! For orders with a value greater than 1500 RON, please contact us.

Privacy of personal data
The servers on which the site is hosted belong to Shopify Inc. They save your data on a secure server protected by a firewall.

Your personal data will only be used to send you confirmation of orders, their delivery, fiscal documents related to orders, various special offers and promotions, creation of statistical reports, etc.

The user can request the deletion of data from the database by sending an email to office@demoteks.ro

Demoteks Medikal undertakes not to provide the personal data of customers to third parties, except to the legal authorities for the purpose of verifying commercial transactions or to other legal authorities for the performance of any checks justified by law.

Subscribing and unsubscribing to the newsletter
Subscribing and unsubscribing to the Demoteks Medikal newsletter is free and voluntary, and implies acceptance of the following terms of use. The messages sent are not unsolicited and you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the footer of each email.

The messages sent comply with the Electronic Commerce law regarding commercial communication as it is stipulated by Romanian and international legislation.

Disputes
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this service will be resolved amicably. In the event that it was not possible to resolve the conflict amicably, the competence rests with the Romanian courts.

If any of the above clauses is found to be void or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses.

Final provisions
Demoteks Medikal reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the site/its structure/service, including changes that could affect the site and/or any content without prior notification to the User or the Client, so we advise you to periodically check this page and take note of all these changes.
